- Other payment methods offered by PayU or Cashfree at checkout

At checkout:
- Select UPI as your payment method.
- Enter or select your UPI details where requested.
- Approve the payment through your UPI app.

At present, Bonotol’s online payment system is intended primarily for payments using supported Indian payment methods.
If international card support is introduced in the future, this help article will be updated.

You can also pay directly through supported Indian banks using Net Banking.
Select Net Banking during checkout, choose your bank, and complete the payment on your bank’s secure payment page.
After successful payment, you should be redirected back to Bonotol.

Who Processes My Payment? #
Online payments on Bonotol may be processed by:
PayU
and/or
Cashfree
These payment providers securely handle the payment transaction between you, your bank or UPI provider, and Bonotol.
Your bank statement, payment confirmation, or payment screen may also show references related to NETFRY INDIA, which is the business operating the Bonotol brand.
Why Does My Payment Show NETFRY INDIA/ BONOTOL ? #
This is normal.
Bonotol is the customer-facing brand, while NETFRY INDIA is the main business entity operating Bonotol.
Depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI app, invoice, or transaction record, you may see names such as:
Bonotol
NETFRY INDIA
or a payment processor such as PayU or Cashfree
This does not necessarily mean that the payment has gone to a different company.
Payment Successful but Order Not Confirmed #
Sometimes your bank or UPI app may show a successful payment before Bonotol receives the final confirmation from the payment gateway.
If this happens:
- Do not immediately make the same payment again.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your Bonotol account or order page.
- Check your email, SMS, or WhatsApp for an order confirmation.
- Check whether the amount has actually been debited from your account.
If the order still does not appear correctly, contact Bonotol Support with:
- Your name
- Mobile number
- Email address, if applicable
- Order number, if generated
- Transaction or UPI reference number
- Payment amount
- Approximate payment time
Never send your full card number, CVV, banking password, UPI PIN, or OTP to Bonotol Support.
Payment Failed but Money Was Debited #
A payment can occasionally fail at checkout even though your bank temporarily shows the amount as debited.
This can happen because of:
- Bank communication delays
- UPI timeout
- Gateway timeout
- Failed authentication
- Temporary network problems
In many cases, the bank or payment provider automatically reverses the amount according to its normal processing timeline.
If the payment does not get reversed or your Bonotol order is not confirmed, contact Bonotol Support and provide the transaction reference number.
Should I Pay Again After a Failed Transaction? #
Before attempting payment again, first check:
- Your Bonotol order status
- Your bank account or card statement
- Your UPI transaction history
- Any confirmation received from Bonotol
If the previous payment clearly shows as failed and the amount was not successfully charged, you may try again using the same or another available payment method.
If you are unsure whether the first payment was successful, contact Bonotol Support before making another payment.
Is Payment on Bonotol Secure? #
Payments are completed through established payment gateways such as PayU and Cashfree.
Sensitive payment authentication is handled by the payment gateway and your bank or UPI provider.
For your security:
- Never share your OTP.
- Never share your UPI PIN.
- Never share your card CVV.
