Managing Your Bonotol Account

Your Bonotol account makes it easier to access your orders, keep your customer details together, and download available invoice or receipt copies.

You can create or access your account using Google, WhatsApp OTP, or your email address and password.

Create a Bonotol Account #

To create a new account, visit:

https://bonotol.com/register

Bonotol currently provides three ways to register.

Option 1: Sign Up with Google #

The easiest method is to use your Google account.

1. Open the Bonotol registration page.
2. Click Sign up with Google.
3. Select the Google account you want to use.
4. Follow Google’s instructions to continue.
5. Your Bonotol account will be created using your Google account details.

You can then use Continue with Google whenever you want to log in.

Option 2: Sign Up Using WhatsApp OTP #

You can also create your Bonotol account using your Indian mobile number and a WhatsApp OTP.

1. Visit https://bonotol.com/register.
2. Click Sign up using WhatsApp OTP.
3. Enter your Indian mobile number.
4. Request the OTP.
5. Check WhatsApp for the verification code.
6. Enter the OTP on Bonotol.
7. Complete the requested account information.

Make sure you enter a mobile number that can receive WhatsApp messages.

Important: Use your own active mobile number, as it may also be used for account and order-related communication.

Option 3: Create an Account with Email #

You can create a traditional Bonotol account using your email address and password.

On the registration page, enter:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Indian Mobile Number
• Password
• Confirm Password

Your password must contain at least 8 characters.

Complete the Cloudflare security verification if it appears, and then click Create Account.

How to Log In to Your Bonotol Account #

Visit:

https://bonotol.com/login

There are three available login methods.

Continue with Google #

If your Bonotol account was created using Google:

1. Click Continue with Google.
2. Select the Google account connected to Bonotol.
3. You will be signed in automatically after successful authentication.

Login with WhatsApp OTP #

If your mobile number is already saved with your Bonotol account:

1. Enter your Indian mobile number under Login with WhatsApp OTP.
2. Click Send OTP on WhatsApp.
3. Check WhatsApp for the OTP.
4. Enter the OTP when requested.
5. After successful verification, you will be logged in.

You do not need to enter your password when using WhatsApp OTP login.

Login with Email and Password #

You can also use your registered email address and password.

1. Enter your Email Address.
2. Enter your Password.
3. Complete the Cloudflare security check if requested.
4. Click Sign In.

Forgot Your Password? #

If you registered using email and cannot remember your password, click Forgot password? on the Bonotol login page.

Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.

If you normally use Google or WhatsApp OTP, you may be able to log in without using your Bonotol password.

Already Have an Account? #

If you are on the registration page but already have a Bonotol account, click:

Sign In here

This will take you to the Bonotol login page.

Similarly, if you are on the login page and do not yet have an account, click:

Register here

What Can You Use Your Bonotol Account For? #

Your Bonotol customer account can be used to:

• Access your customer account securely
• View your orders
• Keep your customer and shipping details associated with your account
• Access available invoice or receipt copies
• Make future purchases more convenient

You should always use the same email address or mobile number associated with your previous Bonotol orders whenever possible.

WhatsApp OTP Not Arriving? #

If you requested a WhatsApp OTP but haven’t received it:

• Double-check that the mobile number is correct.
• Enter your number without accidentally adding an extra 0 before the number.
• Make sure WhatsApp is active on that number.
• Check your internet connection.
• Wait a short time before requesting another OTP.
• Avoid repeatedly pressing the OTP button.

If the problem continues, contact Bonotol Support.

Unable to Sign In? #

If login fails, first check which method you originally used to create your account.

For example, an account created using Google may be easier to access by selecting Continue with Google instead of entering an email/password manually.

You can also try:

• Checking that your email address is entered correctly.
• Using Forgot password? if you have forgotten your password.
• Using WhatsApp OTP if your mobile number is already linked to your account.
• Completing the Cloudflare verification before clicking Sign In.
• Refreshing the page and trying again.

Account Security Tips #

To keep your Bonotol account secure:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Never share a WhatsApp OTP with another person.
• Use a password that you do not use on other websites.
• Keep access to your email, Google account, and WhatsApp number secure.
• Always make sure you are visiting bonotol.com before entering your login information.

Bonotol Support should never need your account password or WhatsApp OTP to assist you.
